Airline Tickets

The airline ticket is not included in this package. This package is for land services only. You will be notified by email when there are enough participants to hold the tour. DO NOT purchase an airline ticket until you receive the email confirming that the tour will hold. If you would like to use the travel agent that we use, her name is Carol Langer at Carol’s Travel Centre. Her phone number is 616-532-6677 and her email is carolstravelcentre@comcast.net. Blossoming Rose will provide Ben Gurion Airport transfers at the designated times (please see your tour itinerary for further information). If you arrive or depart outside of these times you will be responsible for your own airport transfers.

Inclusions and Conditions

Making the deposit of $700 will reserve your place on the tour. Tour price includes accommodations at the described hotels which includes a daily breakfast and dinner (some meals may be on your own), sightseeing, transportation to various sites and airport transfers (if departing with the group). Other arrangements can be made at the participant’s own expense. Cancellations must be made in writing, by email, fax or letter. Prices are based on double occupancy. The single occupancy fee will be charged if a roommate is not available on your tour. Prices are subject to change based on rate increases for fuel and other unforeseen increases. Blossoming Rose is not responsible for airline schedule changes or financial liabilities due to strikes, acts of God, or other events that Blossoming Rose cannot control. If, for any reason, the advertised tour guide, host, or leader is unable to travel with the group an alternate will be provided. Your email address will be included with group email updates and will be viewable by other tour participants. The itinerary for the tour is subject to change. Blossoming Rose does not determine tax deductibility of its work tours. Please work with your accountant to determine what is deductible. Full tour payment is due 150 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Fees

The cancellation fee is based on the total tour price, and is as follows: 181 days or more = $100; 180 – 151 days = $400; 150 – 61 days = 50% of total tour price; 60 – 31 days = 75% of total tour price; 30 days or less = 100% of total tour price. Refund may take up to 3 weeks.

Balance is due 150 days prior to departure.

Airline tickets are non-refundable once issued. We recommend travel insurance for both land and air in case you need to cancel.
